Golden Globes Commentary Part 8: Best and Worst Dressed

Ok, so now on to what people really care about, the red carpet (click images for larger size). This year was a sea of green for best dressed. Catherine Zeta-Jones had a gorgeous gown and though neither Mila Kunis nor Angelina Jolie won any Golden Globes, their dresses were gorgeous. Amber Riley and Anne Hathaway wore sparkling sequin numbers, and Leighton Meester was in a simple, feminine dressed proving that sleeves can have a place on the red carpet.

I have no idea what these women were thinking. Alright, Christina, I know you're into this whole "burlesque" sexy vaudeville look, but that dress is not flattering. January Jones...just...what were you thinking? That looks like a bad version of a Tron costume, minus the glow-in-the-dark accents. Hope Davis, can you just make a decision? Lace, no lace...it's not that hard. Emma Stone, I love you, but your dress is the same slightly orange color as your current skin tone. Julianne Moore...maybe use an iron before you hit the red carpet. And Gabourey Sidibe, while this dress falters your figure, the print is hideous.
