British Andrew Garfield (The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus) is set to play the new Spiderman. According to Entertainment Weekly, the search is still on for Spidey's love interest. Garfield is starring in the new Facebook movie, Social Network, and Never Let Go with Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightley.
Now the competition is on-going for Mary Jane. And the contestants are: (clockwise, from lower right) Ophelia Lovibond (Nowhere Boy, pictured in green shirt), Imogen Poots (Solitary Man), Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), Emma Roberts (Nancy Drew), Lily Collins (The Blind Side) and Teresa Palmer (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice).
