According to Marie Claire UK, Chris Noth, the star behind Carrie Bradshaw's love interest Mr. Big has come out against the media. At a Jack Goes Boating premiere he said, "It's over. The franchise is dead. The press killed it."He said this because of the presses' lukewarm reaction to the second Sex and the City movie which hit theaters in late May.
While this last SATC installment wasn't my favorite, I still hope he's wrong. Box office sales for this summer's flick totaled more than $95 million. Let's hope that's enough to keep it going. I think the girls have one last film in them. I just don't want it to end in Abu Dhabi, they have to end it in NYC.
