Charlize Theron is the female lead that Katherine Heigl always wanted to be. Luckily, Theron hasn't pigeonholed herself into romantic comedies so when she decides to come out with one, it's like a breath of fresh air, not a stale doughnut. Her Bad Teacher meets Romy and Michele's High School Reunion flick, Young Adult, seems to have potential.The film is written by Diablo Cody and directed by Jason Reitman, the duo behind Juno, and also stars Patrick Wilson (Raul in the Phantom of the Opera). Though Juno wasn't my favorite film, I think this one seems more promising due mostly to Theron's experience and expertise in the film industry. It's set to come out December 16, 2011. Will you go see it?
