Steven Spielberg's film adaptation of the childrens' book turned play, War Horse, is set to hit the big screen Dec. 28, 2011. The film follows the horse Joey and his master Albert through WWI. I saw the show in London and was amazed by the on-stage maneuvering of the puppets used to represent horses. It's a fantastic show, but I'll be interested to see if this film does it any justice. If it does, it will be a hit for the holidays!
